Dear Friend,

Welcome to the AWC YOUNG ADULTS website. We are glad you have chosen to spend a few moments looking around, discovering our church family.
We are a group of people committed to following Jesus. That means we worship him with vigor and joy. That means we encourage prayer in church and throughout life. That means we love people outside the church through generosity, invitation, and compassion.
Our hope is that all people will feel loved and welcomed into our family. And once here, we pray that people will meet God and as a result of meeting God, give their lives to Jesus Christ. We want that for you. Come as you are. Check us out, but more importantly, seek the truth of God that can only be known when one knows Jesus.
While you are browsing our website, you will learn about our programs and get a glimpse of who we are, but only a glimpse. To fully understand us, come to a worship service or to a small group and feel the up-close, in-person fellowship that comes when people share time together with the Holy Spirit present. OUR DEPARTMENTS AND THEIR ROLES

At AWC YOUNG ADULTS CHURCH, we are passionate about preaching and teaching Christ and also empowering our generation to achieve their goals. At the heart of our church are our departments, each with its unique role to play in our overall mission. These departments work together to facilitate the spiritual growth of the congregation and ensure the smooth running of church activities.

CREATIVE ARTS

The creative arts team is comprised of talented individuals who are experts at crafting stunning visual designs and engaging multimedia content. They are responsible for the church’s website, social media presence, and other communications channels, ensuring that the church’s message is effectively communicated to the wider community.

PRAYER FORCE

Our Prayer Force is a team of vibrant individuals who are dedicated to praying for the church and its members. Members of this team are committed to interceding on behalf of their church and its leadership, laying spiritual groundwork for the entire congregation. This team plays a critical role in the spiritual health and vitality of the church. The focus of the team is to lift up the church, its members, and its leadership in prayer, seeking God’s guidance and direction for all aspects of the church’s life and mission

PROTOCOL

Our Protocol is a team of lovely individuals dedicated to ensuring that service are carried out in an organized and respectful manner. They are responsible for ensuring that the service runs smoothly. They ensure that services are conducted in a way that honors God and uplifts the church community.

COUNSELING UNIT

Our Counseling unit is a dedicated group of individuals who provide counseling services to members of the congregation. Their goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment for members of the church to seek help and guidance. Counseling sessions cover a wide range of topics, such as marriage and family issues, grief counseling, or spiritual guidance. They are committed to upholding the values and teachings of their faith, and provide counseling services that are consistent with these values.

TECHNICAL TEAM

Our Technical team is a committed group of individuals who provide technical support to ensure that technological instruments operate smoothly and effectively during church services. They are typically staffed by tech-savvy volunteers who specialize in various areas of technology such as sound engineering, lighting, projection, and live streaming.
